I worked with Esther, she is really professional and working really hard. There were many times when the timing of my contact was not right due to the time difference, but she tried to reply as quickly as possible. They manufactured my product with great care and managed production well. Esther is the best communicator. Delivery was delayed from schedule due to local logistics issues in Mexico, but that was Mexico's problem and not their problem. Nevertheless, she always checked it well.
